One member of the Spring City council wishes to make the edict compulsory, however authorities are urging restraint. (AP). Officials in a small Utah town wish to see to it every head of home has a gun and understands ways to utilize it, and they wish to give school teachers training with guns too. Spring City Councilman Neil Sorensen first proposed a regulation requiring a weapon in every home in the town of 1,000. The rest of the council discounted making it a requirement, however they unanimously agreed to progress with a regulation "recommending" the idea.
