A government lawyer is attempting to obtain dismissed nearly $700 in traffic tickets provided to U.S. Postal Service employees in Cleveland, claiming it is immune from state and regional regulations, Yahoo! News stated. Postal Service attorney Jennifer. S. Breslin says the offenses, that include speeding citations and red-light infractions, must be disregarded. "In providing mail service across the country, the Postal Service attempts to work within local and state laws and regulations, when feasible," she stated. The lawyer for American Traffic Solutions, the business that implements East Cleveland's camera citations, referenced the Postal Service's very own security guide, which says truck motorists must and have actually been held liable, Yahoo! News stated.

Key:

  • Aggregate Sentiment is meant to be an indicator of an individual's overall sentiment.
  • The Mean is meant to be an indicator of an individual's average comment sentiment.
  • The Standard Deviation, when there are enough quotes, will indicate an individual's consistency of sentiment (i.e. a Standard Deviation of 0 would mean they were very consistent in their sentiment and 1 would mean they were very inconsistent).

Note that quote stats are likely to be meaningless beyond the aggregate score due to the tiny sample size. However, they are always provided just in case you find something useful there.
